Alison Thompson's catering was up to its usual standard, followed by crown making, poetry and pass the parcel (Mr and Mrs Wright style) and singing, not missing out, Jerusalem

A good time was had by all.

Barrow WI's charity this year was St Mary's Hospice, and we raised £1500. We were contacted by them after the presentation to suggest that if we donated this money via the ‘Big Give’ our donation would be doubled. This we did and as a result were able to give £3000 to a wonderful cause.
