We are calling for Delegates to put their names forward to attend; but we would also love to fill our coach with Observers interested in coming to the first live NFWI meeting in three years. It’s amazing to experience thousands of WI members together in one place, the impassioned resolutions debates, excellent guest speakers and the general camaraderie of the WI en masse!

If you would like to attend as an Observer, we are offering twin room provision at our hotel of choice which is the Forest Pines Hotel, just over the Humber Bridge from Hull itself.

The hotel has lovely spa facilities and an excellent restaurant so this will be a chance to get together with like-minded WI members to enjoy a relaxing overnight stay before the excitement of the main meeting itself. We will be travelling the day before the meeting and taking the opportunity to visit a heritage-type attraction en route.

For the meeting itself, the Federation has been allocated a set number of tickets therefore we can order an Observer ticket on your behalf. We have to do this early in January which is why we are asking for bookings for the trip so far in advance.

You are welcome to share with a fellow member – you might know one of the Delegates if it’s your WI’s turn to attend, for example. Please fill in the details below, by the closing date of 31st December 2026.

Members are strongly encouraged to arrange their own suitable travel insurance when booking this event. This should include cancellation cover to help protect against financial loss if you are unable to travel.
