Ticket orders through the WI
Please note – WI discounted ticket entrance to the Westmorland County Show this year is only allowed with a pre-booked E-ticket for each separate day.
Gate price £25 – Thanks to the generosity of the Show Society we are able to offer WI members and family the greatly reduced price of £16.50 for adults, £15 for concessions (would have been £23)and children 5 to 16 £2.50 (would have been £5).
Please fill in the form which can be found HERE with accurate email addresses and phone numbers indicating which day you wish to attend and send it with a cheque for the full amount, made out to CWFWI, to WI Office, Kendal House, Murley Moss, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 7RL (completed form can be emailed to admin@cwfwi.org but tickets will not be ordered until the payment is received) or:

Please note that in all cases tickets will only be ordered by the WI Office on receipt of payment and accurate email addresses for each ticket recipient.
How to order your Westmorland County Show E-Tickets
The only way to get the special WI reduction is to order through the Federation office in Kendal.
Once both the order and payment have been received, the WI Office will send through to the Westmorland County Show ticket site the order, with a private WI Discount code attached. (Please note, this can take some time for earlier orders as the WI Office can only act once the discount code has been released to them). All applicants will be kept informed.
After this the tickets will be emailed directly to the person who has ordered. The order will only work if a valid email address has been submitted.
It is possible for WIs to order in bulk on behalf of members and send in total payment, but it is still vital to fill in the individual email addresses of each member requiring a ticket or tickets in order for them to receive tickets directly to their email box. However, if members don’t have an email address another member could order on their behalf and print out the ticket for them.
WIs: Please DO NOT order on behalf of all the members by totalling up all the tickets required and submitting just one email address we need individual addresses for the system to work. It is important to indicate which day the purchaser wishes to attend.
Please submit names, email addresses, phone numbers and quantities of tickets required on the form overleaf. Feel free to copy and distribute this form to individual members if this is easier or if you need more spaces for ticket orders.
You MUST provide email personal individual email addresses for all the individuals you are ordering tickets for. If you require tickets for both days complete an additional form. If you need help please contact the office.
