What’s been happening around the WIs?
Barrow WI’s charity this year was St Marys Hospice and we raised £1500. We were contacted by them after the presentation to suggest that if we donated this money via the ‘Big Give’ our donation would be doubled.  This we did and as a result were able to give £3000 to a wonderful cause.

 Alison Thompson catering was up to its usual standard , followed by crown making , poetry and pass the parcel, (Mr and Mrs Wright style) and singing not missing out Jerusalem
A good time was had by all.
